Healing Through Scuba Diving

Our specially trained instructors will certify you in SCUBA diving and take you on a journey that will help you discover your inner self. You will learn special underwater meditation and mindfulness techniques (which helps control anxiety), use your coping skills underwater, and so much more. You will also be taught interpersonal communication methods and how they can be applied above the water, as well as below the water.

Recreational SCUBA diving is also known to increase dopamine and serotonin levels in our bodies. When these happy hormones increase, so do our feelings and emotions that help regulate our mood.
