Dr. Lee Trotter
Dr. Lee Trotter, DO is a board-certified pediatric surgeon and trauma surgeon who has dedicated his career to saving and improving the lives of children. He has more than 20 years of experience in performing complex and delicate surgeries on newborns, infants, and adolescents. He also has extensive knowledge and expertise in bariatric surgery and nutrition, having developed a successful program for post-surgical weight loss and health. Lee is passionate about using his medical skills and knowledge to help people with special needs.
He is a PADI Scuba Instructor, and he enjoys sharing the healing power and joy of scuba diving with people of all abilities and challenges. He joined IMURS as a board member to support its mission of providing scuba therapy programs and training for people with special needs. Lee is a loving husband, father, and grandfather who likes to spend time with his family, take part in church activities, and fly planes. He holds a multi-engine commercial pilot license and loves to explore new places and cultures.
