Galen Landon
Galen Landon is a seasoned and passionate scuba diver who has been teaching open water courses for over 20 years. In 2023, he became an adaptive open water instructor, specializing in working with people with different abilities and challenges. He joined IMURS as a volunteer instructor, offering scuba therapy programs and training based on a cutting-edge curriculum that combines diving skills and personal development. He is also a board member of IMURS.
When he is not diving or working, Galen loves to travel and explore new places and cultures with his wife of 31 years. He is a proud father of four children, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren, and he cherishes spending time with them. He also likes to engage in outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, boating, hiking, and enjoying good food.
